Before using our services, please carefully read the following terms and conditions. All visits to our site, including all purchases, means that you have read these terms and that you are in full
agreement with them. If they are unacceptable to you, please do not use this application.

1.General terms

NANA has the copyright of all content (textual, visual and audio materials, databases and program code) or used with written permission from the copyright holder and the trademark holder and / or designer. Any copying, distribution, transmission, publishing, linking, deep linking, or otherwise modifying this website without the express written consent of NANA is strictly prohibited. Violation of the general conditions of use may lead to the initiation of a civil action and / or prosecution against the perpetrators of infringement of copyright, trademark and rights or the rights of any other form of intellectual property.
NANA administers this site from its offices in Shtip, Republic of Macedonia. Users are not allowed to use, export or import, for the purpose of exporting materials or services on this site, nor any
other type of copying or adjustment that is contrary to the applicable laws or regulations, including, without limitation, the laws and regulations for the export of Republic of Macedonia. If
you decide to access this location outside the Republic of Macedonia, you do it on your own initiative and you are responsible for complying with applicable local laws. These conditions are
interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Macedonia and the principles for esolving the non-compliance of the laws will not apply.

2. Materials that the user uploads (comments and other content)

The personal data you send to the site www.nana.mk for the purpose of purchasing products will be treated in accordance with the privacy laws. It is forbidden to send or transfer to and from this
site, any unlawful materials or offensive content materials. All materials, information and other communications you transmit or send to this site will not be considered confidential and will solely
be used for marketing and commercial purposes. Of course, this group does not include your personal information. We use them, according to our Privacy Policy, for internal use only. We do
not disclose or forward them to third parties, we only use them to process your orders.

3. User blog

NANA reserves the right to remove messages that contain material that we think is deplorable, defamatory, abusive or in any other way unacceptable.
All information related to the buyer’s transaction – the online store of NANA, is considered a business secret and treated in accordance with the legal regulations of the Republic of Macedonia.


Creating an order

In order for you to be able to make a purchase on our website, you must be a registered user. The registration process is very simple and only requires you to enter your personal information. In
order to start the registration, you need to click on REGISTER in the upper right corner, and enter your data in the required fields. Once you have entered all the data, click REGISTER and you will
receive an email with a link that you need to click on so your registration will be complete and you can continue with your purchase. The form you fill in at the time of registration is completed only
once, and every next time you sign in, it will be on the already created profile.

Selection of products

You can choose to view the products by “type of dresses”: long and short, by selecting from the menu. You can also choose to review products by color and size category.
Choosing one of the categories will open up a page with available products. Filters are located on  the left side of the page according to: type, color, and size. By choosing the CHECKBOX field
next to a specific filter, you turn the filter on or off. If you have found the products you are interested in, you can see additional information about the specific product by clicking on the
image. If you do not know which category the product you are interested in is, you can use the search box that is located at the top of each page. In the field you can enter the product code,
product name, type, and so on.
When reviewing products that are available for purchase, you will notice the “COMPOSITION AND MAINTENANCE” field as well as “SIZE AND COLOR”. When you open this field you will be able to see the composition of the product and select the desired color and size. By clicking on the “ADD TO CART” box, you will be notified that the product is in your cart. It’s possible to add the same product to the cart more than once. By pressing the “MY WISHES” field, you will be notified that the product is saved in wishes for future shopping.

Cart Contents

You can view the products in your cart at any time. With a simple click on the cart icon at the top right of the website, you open a page listing all the products selected for purchase. You can easily
delete products from your cart or increase the quantity of items.

Finalizing your order

When you are ready to make a purchase, click on the CART button and then press “PROCED TO PAYMENT” to make the payment. You will be asked to sign up or log in to your account. When
you are ready to make a purchase, you need to select a delivery address and a payment method. Then, you will be taken to the completion page of the purchase. If you have changed your mind
about your selection and want to change something, you can simply click on the “CONTINUE BUYING” field. Returning to the payment section is done by clicking on the cart icon.
Note – if the ordered product is delivered outside of Macedonia, the delivery is at the expense of the buyer and costs 10 euro per delivery, while the delivery in Macedonia is free.


Payment can be made with VISA or Maestro card, or in cash at the time of delivery (only on the territory of Macedonia).
Every transaction made is subject to authorization (period in which the money on your account is only reserved, and not withdrawn from the card), for additional confirmation of the availability of
the ordered product.


Please be aware that international orders may be subject to additional duties, import taxes or customs fees upon delivery. These fees are calculated by customs officials, and are difficult to
estimate. While we take steps to minimize or eliminate the cost of importing for our customers, we cannot provide inaccurate information to customs officials. Please also be aware that delays in
customs are becoming increasingly common. Packages may take longer to get to international destinations, and unfortunately, we cannot control or prevent this type of delay.


Delivery time is up to 7 working days.
The courier sends the shipment to the delivery address between 9:00 am and 4:00 pm. During this period, please provide a person at the appropriate address for receipt of the shipment. Before
delivering the service, it is usual practice for the courier to ask you for the phone number that you have entered when creating the order in order to confirm the delivery term. If the courier does not find you at the given address, he / she is obligated to ask you again. If they do not find you in the second attempt for delivery at the agreed address, the parcel will be returned to us. Once the
shipment arrives to our offices, we will contact you to determine the reasons for the failed delivery and we will reschedule a new one.


Once the courier service has delivered the item, please check the product and if it has visible damage (torn parts or grinding) or the product is not in accordance with your order, please do not
hesitate to contact us on the number 032/386 999 or send us an email with your own data (name, surname and phone number) to the email info@nana.mk and state the reasons why you want to
make the replacement / return of the package. Please contact us no later than 24 hours after the receipt of the shipment. Our operators will notify you of the further procedure as soon as possible.
You can make an exchange by consulting with our online sales coordinators.
You can send us the product that you want to exchange through fast mail at our own expense. Once we receive the product, we check that the product is damaged and then we send you an
appropriate replacement. You can also exchange a product in one of our NANA stores.


In order to process the orders successfully, we need the name and surname of the ordering party, the address of the residence, the e-mail address and the telephone number. With the help of the
mentioned data we can deliver the desired products, as well as inform the buyers about the current status of their order. Here at NANA, we take every precaution to protect the privacy of our
customers. We collect only the necessary basic data in order to provide quality service and inform the users according to our business practices. Our customers always have a choice to
unsubscribe from the mailing list. All customer / user data is securely stored and available only to a small portion of the employees of NANA who process the orders. The people responsible for
technical support in the company NANA are obliged to follow the principles of privacy protection.
The data you enter when paying or purchasing with your card is not stored or transmitted through our servers. Transactions are processed through the payment processing system of the bank with
which we cooperate – Halk Bank. All your payment information is solely processed through the bank’s security system, and the data from your payment card is not visible to us.


The products can be returned or exchanged only under the conditions laid out under the Law on Consumer Protection of Macedonia. In the event of a return of goods or refund of funds to a buyer
who previously paid with a credit card, and regardless of the reason for the return, NANA has the obligation to return the funds only through VISA and Maestro, which means that the bank, at the
request of the seller will make a refund to the account of the user of the card.
