The product can be returned within 15 days from the date when it was received by attaching the receipt, only if the product is unused, undamaged and packaged in its original packaging with the
label. Products are returned via express mail to the address you receive from our vendors at the customers’ expense, or in one of our NANA stores. In the event of a refund, and regardless of the
reason for the return, NANA has the obligation to repay the funds exclusively through VISA and Maestro, which means that the bank will, at the request of the seller, make a refund to the account
on the cardholder’s account. For partial order returns (if you return part of the order and keep the other part), it takes around 14 working days for the funds to be returned after we send a request for the refund to the bank.
Once the courier service has delivered the item, please check the product thoroughly. If it has visible damage (tears or similar), or if the product is not in accordance with your order, please
contact us at +389 32 386 999 or send us an email with your own data (name, surname and phone number) to the address firstname.lastname@example.org and state the reasons why you want to make the
replacement / return of the package. Please contact us no later than 24 hours after you receive the shipment. Our operators will notify you of the further procedure as soon as possible.
